My special bond with dogs began as a young child, surrounded by my family’s Alaskan malamutes. 

I fell in love with training dogs through my own first dog, Laila. I received her from Rolling Meadows Academy, a company that trains rescues, and she is my constant partner as a service dog. She attends college at my side, travels across the US and internationally, and is my beloved companion. I first learned to train by taking her to a high level of obedience and service dog task training.

I started studying training seriously and went on to be mentored by Rolling Meadow’s owner and head trainer, Barbara Simpson. I have learned to handle small to large dogs of many different breeds and backgrounds, from puppies to adult rescues.

I founded Hudson Creek because I want to help owners enjoy their dogs to their full potential. I strive to teach with empathy and understanding of both people and dogs, allowing my clients to experience the joys of a well-trained dog and the dogs to have the happiest possible lives.
